You knew when to be stern, understanding and kind during my training sessions. At times, you were stubborn, merciless, and difficult to work with; however, I wouldn’t have had you any other way. Your attitude was exactly what I needed to help me surpass YOUR GOAL and mine! As of April 2010, my current body fat is 23.8% and I’ve lost a total of 60 lbs.
